Weight loss tea that works!!! I know you might have come across a lot of tea but it will either not work or might even taste bad. I have personally tried this recipe and I am still drinking this 3 times a day everyday.
And the best part is you don’t even have to sacrifice much with your food. You will feel full and satisfied after drinking this tea and you will automatically lose weight.
I gained about 40 pounds in my pregnancy. With my kids being small (age in 2019: 6, 4, 2), I don’t find time to workout and I actually hate a work. Because it will just strain my body and I won’t be able to do my house chores after that. But I do yoga everyday, to calm myself. You should all try too!!
So one day, I tried cinnamon tea that my mom made and I loved it. So I added few more ingredients that boosts weight loss and it worked!!
By exactly 3 weeks, I lost the craving for sugar and started eating right. I have lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks.
Things to do while drinking this tea
- Watch for your calories.
- Avoid greasy food
- Avoid or reduce rice and all purpose flour intake. Substitute with wheat, quinoa, brown rice.
- Substitute brown sugar or honey instead of white sugar.
- Do yoga and reduce your stress. Sometime stress is the worst enemy anyone could have. It will make you gain a lot of weight.
- Have a hobby and encourage yourself. Nothing can be done overnight, slow and steady wins the race. So be patient and lost your weight in a healthy way.

You need a pot with the lid. We don’t want the steam to escape from the pot because you will lose the aroma and lose the good properties from the ingredients that we are using. You can also use a kettle if you have one.
STEP 1: Add all the ingredients in the pot and close the lid
STEP 3: Place the pot/kettle on a stove and boil until you see the steam. Keep the closed at all times.
STEP 4: Once you see the vapours coming out out switch off the stove STEP 5: Open the lid and enjoy the aroma !!
STEP 6: Filter the tea using a steel strainer or cheesecloth
STEP 7: Add brown sugar if you prefer or skip it. I personally do not drink tea with sugar everyday (Only sometimes when I have a craving for sweet)
STEP 8: Enjoy the hot tea!!
- DO NOT ADD THE INGREDIENTS TO THE BOILING WATER (It will destroy the benefits in the ingredients)
- DO NOT ADD WHITE SUGAR.(It will make you gain weight)
- DO NOT OVERCOOK THE TEA AS IT WILL GIVE A BITTER TASTE
- USE GREEN TEA BAG IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DRIED GREEN TEA LEAVES. JUST REMOVE THE CONTENT FROM THE BAG BEFORE ADDING IT TO THE WATER.
Drink this 3 times a day everyday and see the difference. Make 3 cups of tea together while you are making and reheat it in when you want to drink the second or third time.
But before you reheat, filter the tea to remove the ingredients such as cinnamon, green tea leaves, ginger, black tea because reheating with it will give a bitter taste.
