Natural Oils and their benefits for Skin, Hair and Nails

Susarithas

Natural oils are the most important ingredients when it comes to natural beauty products. I use almost all the oils below in my products to get the maximum benefits.

The right natural oils can keep your skin moisturized, smooth, and glowing and even fight breakouts.

Each skin will need its own natural oil. Not all oils are suitable for all skin types. For eg: For oily skin you should use less greasy oil like rice bran oil or walnut oil in order to get the benefits of the oils and also not leave your skin oily.

If you have acne or sensitive skin, make sure you do a patch test before you commit to a particular oil.

I make my own herbal infused oils for my kids in order to keep them moisturized as well as to get rid of any skin problems they have. I will share the recipe in another post.

Natural oils are very good for skin and hair. You can choose any oil you want and you dont have to buy any fancy oils. I am sure you all will have at least one of the above mentioned oils in your pantry.

Just massage any carrier oil on to your face and leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour and then wash off your face. Do this everyday and you will see changes in less than a month
